We had an amazing stay in this beautiful condo. What made it better was the pool was right outside our backyard which was so convenient. My family and I took sunset photos at the beach across Kīhei Holiday. Being there felt right at home and all my kids loved it. We will be back for sure. There was amazing restaurants down the road as well. And very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. And we loved having our own parking stall assigned to us. So we wouldn’t have to worry about finding parking. But even then, there was a lot of parking.

5 stars! We had 6 adults and we were able to make everything work! 100 steps to a beautiful walking beach which is great for sunsets and sunrise. Not so much of a swimming beach, but it was perfect for us. Super close to lots of restaurants. Like a 10 minute drive. We loved staying here!

Had a great time . Family of 5 with 3 younger kids. Pros: clean and tidy, beach towels/umbrela/beach chairs and cooler provided. Pool and grounds were tidy and well maintained. Cons: wanted to charge $60 to check in a few hours early or $120 to check in anytime did not provide feedback that we would be notified when the room was available. Got a text 3 hrs prior to normal check in that room was ready. We would have paid $60 for nothing. I think the text line is a AI service. For adults the area is walkable with food trucks and bakery down the road. No reliable sidewalk and no shoulder of the road so was difficult with the kids. PARKING is forward pull in only and with anything larger then a small SUV is TIGHT. Apparently there is overflow lot where you can back in but that wasn’t posted anywhere. We had a jeep grand Cherokee and barely fit into the assigned spot. For the convenience of the pool and steps the beach would recommend to folks looking to lounge around!!

The condo worked great for us on our dive trip to Maui! The space was nicely updated and equipped, and the pool and hot tube located right out the back door were a nice way to close out each day. A great location, and the host was very helpful and provided clear instructions on how to use the property.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Maui with my husband and my in-laws, and we had a fantastic time! The location is unbeatable, just across the street from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. The property itself was very clean and spacious, providing us with plenty of room to relax and unwind.
We loved the amenities and how well the space was maintained. It really felt like a home away from home. The only downside was the number of cleaning rules we had to follow before checking out. They wanted us to start a load of towels and throw out the trash, which felt a bit overwhelming.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a beach getaway in Maui. We had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

Glad you enjoyed the unit! Just to be clear all the checkout procedures, including any cleaning is all optional. It’s always helpful if the first load of laundry is going for the cleaners, but definitely not required.

Our family of 4 stayed for 6 nights in this lovely condo. The unit was just as described, and the pictures were accurate. The development is small, quiet, and right across from the beach. We were a short drive from stores, restaurants, and amenities, which was perfect for our family. This area of Maui serves as a great base, as it is easily accessible from anywhere on the island. We would stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

Location was great for family if you have little ones. It's away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a short 10 minute drive to restaurants and busy area of Kihei. Pool area was great for the kids. Place was nice and clean. We definitely put the beach accessories to use! Host was very responsive and detailed with information. Check-in was easy and quick. It was a great experience and had an amazing vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Our family of 6 was very comfortable and the kids absolutely loves having the pool right there (and peace of mind for us that it was gated). The pristine/updated kitchen made meals easy and the washer/dryer was very helpful. The AC kept us cool at night. The beach chairs, cooler and snorkel gear were a nice touch - they thought of just about everything! We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

We had the privilege of staying for 15 days. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family as we felt right at home. I love the location considering that my favorite times of the day are sunrise and sunset. Every morning I was able to make my French press coffee and enjoy a beautiful walk along the beach. I found a kayak rental company that delivered a kayak to me and then I was able to kayak out in the mornings and have my coffee with the turtles over the reef. I can’t wait to come back.

It was a great place and looks recently remodeled as stated but communication was horrible. He responded right away the first day but when checking out we left something behind. The checkout code locked us out and we messaged him many times but no response even 2 wks after. So if you forget something, don't expect to get it back. The hand soap was toxic! It cut up our hands after the first use. We had to immediately go out to buy our own hand soap. I poured out the soap so no one else has to suffer and left the soap we bought. Hopefully the cleaning lady does not refill the same soap. Lastly the sliding door does not fully close so cannot lock. This could potentially be dangerous. Anyone can come in at night.

Perfect Stay, quite area but centrally located on the Island. Perfect place to stay and explore the island.
Place itself is child friendly with a nice pool. Beautiful sunset from the beach: 30 second walk.
Gas BBQ next to the pool, several supermarkets near by. Close to some surfschools and nice park with foodtrucks.
The house has nice beds, airconditioning, fans, large couch and flatscreen! Also comes with a Iglo cooler, beach chairs, body boards, umbrellas, some diving gear - all tommy bahama stuff. Overall everything is in good condition!
Nice kitchen bar for the kids to have breakfast.
We missed a few small stuff in the kitchen, which I will let the owner know, but nothing major and I would definitely recommend this AIRBNB and hopefully we come back!

The place is very clean and equipped with everything you need such as extra blankets, towels, beach supplies, and kitchenware. The beds were so comfortable that it was relaxing after a long day exploring the island. The location is also convenient as it’s right across the beach, close to the highways, and near many popular restaurants. In addition, the staff were very nice and polite. They even gave us freshly picked mangoes. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Loved our stay here! Nice little beach across the street for the kids to play in the sand. The water is not very clear at that beach so we went to different beaches to swim/snorkel. The pool is right out the door which is very convenient for kids. Would highly recommend!

Traveled with 4 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant, this condo was perfect for our needs. It was located on the first floor next to the pool, had all the beach toys you would need, and across the street from the beach. The condo was stocked with utensils and the basics to have cookouts. The beds were comfortable and the couch was perfect for the entire family to lounge during beach breaks.

The place was right across the street from a beautiful beach and also right next to the pool. I loved how they provided beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas.
I think they had a good assortment of kitchen items such as bowls, plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. they even had Tupperware!
I was a little surprised that they didn’t offer too much paper towels/toilet paper and that the expectation was for us to buy our own. I haven’t had this before in an Airbnb - not sure if it’s a Maui thing or not?
Overall, it was a great stay, we definitely recommend it, and would stay here again.

We were so glad we booked and will remember this place in the future! The outside wasn’t the newest but it was well kept and clean and had sprayers for sand in the parking lot which was nice. The inside was updated and pretty clean. The mattresses were so comfortable! We slept great. We loved the amenities like beach chairs and boogie boards, kitchen supplies, hooks for purses and keys in entryway, and the location was perfect! We saw the sunrise and the sunset every day we were there. It was such easy access to the beach. We loved the outdoor sitting area, with lights to plug in and being close to the pool without having to climb stairs. Parking stalls are really tight which was hard but Overall we loved our stay and would stay there again!

This was a perfect condo for our family of 5. An easy 2 minute walk to cross the street and go to the beach, pool with hot tub, and well maintained grounds. We especially appreciated that there was a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas to use while out and about and a washer and dryer for afterwards. The condo was modern, clean and comfortable. It was a last minute rental- very reasonably priced for the area. Easy to book- easy to get in. Quick responses to my inquiries. The pool was nice, very easy access to a beach right across the street. Furniture was comfortable, lots of closet and cupboard space to unpack.
My only negative is that you have to agree to getting advertising emails in order to access the internet.

Nice condo, that was able to accommodate our party of 6 adults. Plenty of sleeping space. Clean, with plenty of towels and beach amenities. Great location across from a beach. The town of Kihei had plenty of shops and restaurants. The only reason why I gave an overall 4 stars is because the long list of things to do when we leave. Other than that we wouldn’t mind staying in this location again when we visit.

The property managers where always polite and quick to respond and eager to make things right. Although the unit was nicely updated there were a few maintenance issues. The floor was coming up in a majority of the condo. So much so we found ourselves tripping on it and our kids feet getting pinched at times. With some or the corners sharp we had concerns of getting cut. I measured about an inch rise in some boards. There also were no screens in the slatted windows in the bedrooms. Despite them being closed lots of little bugs attracted to the light were getting in at night. It did seem like an unusual amount of bugs this trip.
Had we known the floors were going to be in such rough shape we would have likely chosen a different spot.

We stayed at this beautiful place for 8 days and we absolutely loved everything about it. The location was perfect distance from everything and the beach. Inside was beautiful, it had every amenity we needed, plenty of room for 5 of us. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive. The place is exactly as it was described and very clean. We also enjoyed the amenities it came with, the pool and jacuzzi are just steps away and the beach right across the street. The location is central to a lot of the places we went to and that was very convenient for us. It was 5 adults and 1 child, and it didn't feel crowed, just perfect. I highly recommend this place and would definitely like stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay here! We loved how close we were to the beach (right across the street) and the pool was super fun too! It was just my husband, myself and our 7 year old and it felt good for us 3 space wise. They also do a great job with stocking all the things you need for a day at the beach: 6 Beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, 4 boogie boards, 6 beach towels and a big cooler. All those things were fantastic to have on hand and we definitely used them! One of the other things that really impressed us was how clean this place was!! I’m a bit stickler for this when staying anywhere and this place was spotless. The hosts were also very responsive with any questions. We would come stay again!

Great deal for sure. For the price we paid, the stay was very reasonable. Condo is on the ground floor so easy access to the pool/poolside bathroom if 5 people are sharing 1 bathroom like us. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and bodyboards to use! Also had a cooler which was awesome. One of the bedrooms' AC smelled like the filter needed to be changed but other than that, the place was spectacular and I don't believe I saw a better deal on the strip! Check-in was super easy and they allowed us to check-in a little early which was nice.

Nice condo!
This is my third stay in this condo comlpex. Complex is at a great location, very safe, and love that the beach is across from it. First time staying at this condo and my stay was very enjoyable. Love the fact that condo was across the pool and easy to see the kids swimming. Beds were very comfortable. We didnt use the upper bunk bed as kids preferred and loved the pull out sofa. Very clean. Loved the fact that condo had everything we needed for visting the beach. It was nice to have washer/dryer to do landuary as needed. Owner was quick to respond to any of my questions.

Beautiful and right across the street from the beach was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of crashing waves. Spacious even for our group of 7 and beautifully decorated accommodation provided us with a home away from home, with every comfort and amenity we could possibly need. The proximity to the beach allowed us to indulge in daily sunsets and refreshing swims, creating unforgettable memories. The host's hospitality was exceptional, I text them in the morning to let them know the we could not get the blender to work the night before while trying to make drinks and they brought a brand new blender the next day which was totally not necessary but was so great. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough for anyone seeking a slice of paradise in Kihei, Hawaii. Thank you vacamaui

The space was great for all our needs with comfy beds, couch, dining room area. Prime spot right near the pool and hot tub area. As described, beautiful spot in Kihei with immediate access to a local beach. Running along Kihei Rd has stunning views on one side at all times. Amazing coffee, food, and food truck spots just 3min drive away. Some more drive times: 40mins to Ka’anapali, 15mins to Wailea, 20mins to OGG.
Highly recommend. Apartment is clean, spacious, and well stocked. Beach items were very useful. Great value, a gem on Maui among a sea of unremarkable resorts costing $500+/night.

Place was really clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location but just a few minutes from all the local restaurants and grocery stores but not too close where it was too busy. It is across the street from a great beach. Beautiful sunsets, really nice pool and hot tub. So much to do and it was easy to get to everything.

This was a good unit for a family. It was very nice having a kitchen and washer/dryer. The lanai was great too, as we were able to make a barricade with the patio furniture to keep the kids in. Beds were comfortable. We also really appreciated the available beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed as far as utensils and cookware. There was oil, salt, and pepper available. We had two cars and there was 1 designated space. There was plenty of guest parking for our second car. Did not have a pack n play as requested, but we messaged the host and they dropped one off.

Great location as described. Beach access was excellent. Pool and overall complex was very dated. Condo is very clean and well appointed, albeit a little tight in the bedrooms. Bathroom and kitchen were brand new which is hard to find at this price point.

Great location, right across street from beautiful stretch of beach. the sunset was quite the show! The condo was set up nicely, although the AC units couldn't quite cool off the bedrooms or definitely the main living space. Wish I had realized the view from the place would be of the pool wall. The owner was fantastic to with with. Extremely responsive and let us know when the housekeeper finished cleaning early. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect condo to rent in Kihei! Our condo was clean and had all the amenities our family needed for our Maui vacation. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great after busy days.

This rental was pretty much exactly as described. Great location. Plenty of room for families. There are very basic kitchen utensils and toiletries for just 24 hours as mentioned. So be prepared to need to buy all toiletries and cooking supplies (oils, herbs etc) for the full length of your stay.
Lots of room for sleeping including the pull outs. Pillows were not very comfortable and there weren’t a lot of blankets for the pack and play we used so we had to purchase blankets for that. But there was plenty of space for everyone in our family to have a bed.
There were towels, beach toys, boogie boards and best of all snorkeling gear! This was a much appreciated bonus.
Hosts were very friendly, helpful and super fast to respond. Check in and out was easy. Grounds were clean and quiet.
I recommend this rental for anyone from a couple looking for a getaway to a family vacation! We hope to come back soon!

Great place to stay. Very clean and the bunk beds make it a great option for a larger family on a budget. The beach beach across the road was nice but the waves were bringing in murky water the afternoon that we were there. This might have been a seasonal situation however. Lots of boogie boards and beach chairs provided!

Great welcome to Maui
We stayed here for 2 nights before checking in to a resort on another part of the island. It was great to have extra space for our family to stretch out the first couple of nights! We loved the beach right across the road. It is very centrally located so we made our way all over the island while staying there! Haleakala to Hookipa lookout to la perouse Bay to lahaina. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is just as pictured and described, easy check-in and check-out. Very prompt and courteous communication. Clean.
We are a family of six, 2 adults and 4 kids ages 11-16, and the sleeping accommodations suited us very nicely. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living area. Having a washer and dryer was SO NICE! The kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance and kitchen ware you may need. There are beach towels, cooler, boogie boards and beach chairs for use. They thought of everything, so pack light! There was even some cleaning stuff: broom, vacuum, 409, laundry and dish detergent. Which made it easy to keep the place cleaned up during our 10 day stay. The lanai is great and being on the lower level right by the pool was very convenient, my teens loved the pool, we loved the hot tub, and the use of the BBQs. The condo has easy parking with your own designated spot. The condo is located within close walking distance to beaches, Sugar Beach Bakery, Ululani's Shave Ice, and very close to lots of other great restaurants. One of our favorites being Coconut's. There is only one bathroom, with a big family like ours that can be a challenge, we have 3 bathrooms at home and it's a challenge lol. BUT there is a bathroom at the pool house which is just steps away. So that was really convenient.
We will definitely stay here again!

The place was great and we enjoyed our stay. Parking was easy and close. Check in was easy and we were even invited to check in before 4pm. The place was clean and updated. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler were even available for us to use. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars was the air conditioning in the living room was a little weak. I would give this place 4.5 stars if there was an option.

This was a great stay for my family and I in Kihei! The place is just like the pictures look. We’re just across the street from the beach! Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, containers, cups, plates, ect. The only downside is there is only one bathroom, but like others who have stayed here, we found the restrooms by the pool very helpful! Host was great in communicating and attending to our needs. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is terrific and brand new. It got everything you need from the kitchen appliances to the beach’s chairs and umbrella. The host is a five star host, always available if you need something. Just make sure you rent a car before checking in because you ll need it to reach the best beaches,you can go nowhere with buses. The swimming pool is real good. we found really usefull to be near Isana, one of the best restaurant in town. I’d choose this place again, we had a great time.

What a beautiful condo! Fully equipped with everything you could need!! We would definitely stay here again. Accommodated us well. Only has one bathroom so keep that in mind with larger families but we used the pool bathroom as backup when needed. Property manager was super nice and helpful.
