We stayed here for a week in December 2025, and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Parking, check-in, and entry instructions were clear and provided in advance, making arrival easy and stress-free. The suite is beautifully renovated, spotless, and well equipped with modern appliances. Enjoying morning coffee on the large, ocean-facing balcony while listening to the birds was a perfect way to start each day! We traveled with two boys under 10, so having beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and boogie boards available was a huge bonus. On windier days, the pool and hot tub were a great alternative and kept the vacation vibe going. Overall, our stay was phenomenal. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui who wants comfortable, homey accommodations instead of a typical resort

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The condo was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. The only minor complaint was the paint peeling off on one of the walls. Loved our stay and will definitely be booking again. The pool was very clean and nice.

Very nice Appartement, really good equipped. Clean and good size. Unfortunately there was a rooster which crowed every day from 3-6pm, many times. But this a general problem of Maui and not specific for this Appartement. I can definitely recommend this location and would book it again, for sure!

We had a wonderful week staying at this property! It was perfect for my husband and I and our toddler. Location was nice and central to everything, check-in and checkout went smooth, and the property had its own parking lot. The unit had beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, toddler floaty, and cooler that came in handy! AC worked great in every room and beds were comfy!

Our favorite place to stay on Maui, when we get a chance to book this location. Loved the renovation and the perfect place for my family. Beach is literally right across the street and the pool is only feet away. Definitely can’t wait to go back again.

The condo was cute, clean, and perfect for our family of 6. It came equipped with beach equipment, pack n play and basic necessities. Location was near many beaches, hiking trails, the aquarium, airport and less than a 5 min. walk to the Isana restaurant. We utilized the pool on our relax day. Check-in/check-out was easy. Clear instructions were given in email and posted in the rental. The host was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay with my family for our vacation in Maui – centrally located on the Northern end of Kihei it allowed us to visit beaches in Wailea, Kihea and Ka'anapali – all up and down South and West Maui – with ease and short drives. The pool with gas BBQ grill was fantastic – cooked 4 meals there while others swam. The condo was very clean and had all of the necessary kitchen equipment and beach gear – chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards – to make our stay lovely and easy. Utilized the laundry to avoid overpacking and to do some laundry ahead of our travels home. Wonderful stay. Would return in a minute! And very responsive host!

The location of this property was great. It was only about a 10 minute drive to all the restaurants and grocery stores; it was across the street from the water. We were only about 2 minute drive away from Ululani’s Shave Ice, Sugar Beach Bakery, and the ABC store.
There is an AC unit in each room - it made it nice because everyone liked their room a different temperature.
The primary bedroom’s mattress was very comfortable!

Great place to stay. Comes with everything you need like amenities, washer dryer, and additional things like boogie boards, chairs, towels, etc. Really well put together place and well up kept. Would definitely stay again. Very close to some really good shopping centers with super good food (only 10 mins away), and pretty close to the airport.

Would highly recommend! My family rented several units in this complex. Unit was just as described and Vaca Maui was super responsive if we had any questions. Everything you need in a rental was provided. Place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a problem with ants in one bedroom, but Vaca Maui was super responsive and immediately sent two people to address and we didn’t have a problem after that. The area had a storm a week before so some of the roads were blocked off. Would recommend renting a car as the area is walkable, but very residential and not many businesses to explore. The rooster reviews are legit haha but nothing the a/c or fan couldn’t fix to drown the noise. Would certainly stay again!

Great Condo and a Great Location!
Our family loved staying at Kihei Holiday. The house was furnished really well and we loved all of the beach toys. The complex where the condo is at is really nice and we also loved using the pool. It's in a good location on the island easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. We would stay here again!

It was a comfortable place, access to a/c, it’s super close to the beach. They even had a shower to rinse off the sand. The home had everything we needed, beach towels, chairs. Grocery stores are nearby, I’d recommend the shaved ice and bakery down the road.

Loved that we could take sunrise walks on the beach. The crosswalk is immediately across the condo and you’re at the beach! Very beautiful in the morning. Great location. It was hard for us to sleep at times because of the roosters yelling early in the morning but a great, calm condo. Will come back again.

Great place!
This was the perfect solution for our first place being booked 1 night short of what we needed. We super appreciated being allowed an early check in, although that wasn’t communicated if that would be possible until the day of. Clean and nice. Well stocked and complex is located across the street from the beach. Beds were comfortable.

From start to end this was a great experience. Check in was super easy and the host also let use check in a few hours earlier so that helped tremendously!! The condo was exactly as the post showed so no surprises. The beds OMG the beds were amazing!! Slept sooo good. They had lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards and a bunch of extras that were not listed. Cleanliness throughout the condo was very good, only thing I could really complain about was the single sofa chairs could use a cleaning. Just something to know is this condo is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. No one in a wheelchair in our group so it wasn’t an issue but something that should probably be mentioned. Otherwise this was a GREAT deal and amazing stay. We will definitely consider visiting again

Good location, updated nicely. Air conditioners were all functional and worked fantastic. Beds were comfortable. It *does* have a hair dryer, in case any one is wondering! Steps from the beach with beautiful sunsets right on the lanai. Shops and restaurants in Kihei are just minutes down the road.
We had an issue with the ceiling fan in the master bedroom - but the host replied promptly, sent someone out to check it out. Many thanks for your prompt communication!
The only complaint we truly had was the rooster (completely out of the host's control) - we were woken up from 1:30 AM onward every single night. My husband struck up a conversation with the building manager at one point and we found out he's been working on getting rid of the loud clucker for a while! My husband and I ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa sleeper the last two nights to get a good night's sleep (which we actually found more comfortable than the king sized bed - it's very soft). My family had a great time here! The space was perfect for my wife & me in the master, my oldest on the couch and my other 2 kids in the room with a bunk bed. We loved the location in Kihei as it was close to the beach, close to shops and dining, and close to the highway for trips to other parts of the island.
The air conditioning was one of the draws to this condo and I am thankful that it had units in the living room and both bedrooms. Plus the large ceiling fans really moved the air around. We enjoyed most meals in the dining room after preparing them in the kitchen. Although the amenities didn’t list it, there is a toaster and while there weren’t any frying pans, we just went to Ross Dress for Less down the road and purchased some to use for the week.
With the contemporary styled decor and the modern appliances and furniture, this condo was a pleasure to stay in for a week. The price was right and we would happily stay here again.

Very nice updated condo on the north end of Kihei
We had a lovely stay in Hawaii. Plenty of beach chairs, shade umbrellas, boogie boards, and towels. No cooler, but we brought our own. Very clean and well organized condo with a decent view. Complex felt safe and was centrally located. AC was nice and cool. No issues.

This was a great stay for our family. We loved having access to the pool and being a very short walk across the street to the beach. Everything was comfortable (even the sofa bed).
I wish the area was more walkable, but being on the main road into Kihei, the traffic was a bit heavy for walking and even a bit unsafe in areas where the sidewalk disappeared. It was convenient for driving into Kihei and other spots on the island, though.
Be sure to get up early to grab malassadas at Sugar Beach Bake Shop, and the shave ice at Ululani’s was so worth the wait in line.

Had a great stay overall! Quite roomy for 6 adults and 1 infant. We really liked the open layout living space and balcony which had a slice view of the ocean! Pool and hot tub was lovely!
Hosts were always responsive and directions were quite easy!
Place wasn't the cleanest, some dust, bugs at night (not sure where they come from), but biggest issue for us was the sofa pullout. When we went to use it, it was full of debris and stains. We didn't feel comfortably using it at all during our stay. They did offer to get cleaners in, however we really didn't want to change our schedule, so we asked for an air mattress, which wasn't ideal but we made do.
Location was OK, but you would need a car. We like to walk and there really wasn't anywhere walkable. Closest store and coffee shop was an 18 min walk. Beach directly across the street was not the nicest/clearest for swimming. Overall, I felt there is better value units in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our family of 4, with a 4.5year old and 8 month old stayed for a week. The location cannot be beat, it is truly steps from the beach and a quick drive to many prominent tourism offerings. The amenities in this airbnb are all fantastic. Everything looks new and in great condition. Any time we had a question, VacaMaui responded within minutes. We requested a high chair and pack and play for our baby and both were there for us upon arrival. The view from the balcony is amazing, we watched whales in the distance every day. We found the property to be quiet, and the temperature inside comfortable thanks to air conditioning. Big bonus were the beach supplies - boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs made our daily trips to the beach a breeze. If you’re considering this property or this host we can’t recommend them enough. We hope to return one day soon!

Excellent location. We loved sitting out on the lanai whale watching (Feb) while kiddos napped or did school work in between excursions. Loved the easy access to Sugar Beach and watching the sunset just across the street. Centrally located to the aquarium, marina for snorkeling Molokini, south Kehei beaches & Luaus, tons of restaurants, Safeway, etc.
We especially appreciated the boogie boards & beach gear and our kids loved the bunk beds!

Great place very clean and an excellent beach on the other side of the road to watch the sunset.
The flexible check in was great and super easy.
Kitchen was well-resourced and great to cook a meal.
The only thing that was kinda bad, were the roaster outside the AirBnB that started at 3am.

The condo was as advertised. The appliances are all new and worked well. It had enough space for a family of four. We were assigned a reserved parking space. There were a lot of beach gear available- chairs, umbrellas and surf boards.
The WiFi worked well. But you have to type in your name, email and phone number to get in, and the network was unsecured.
Overall, our family had a good experience and we felt like home here!

A great place for our family (2 adults and a 4 yr old. It was nice having all the kitchen appliances provided as well as everything we needed to cook. Also having the beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards available was a nice touch. Plus a nice view of the ocean from our balcony!We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area when we didn’t want to go to the beach. We spent almost every evening in it! The host were very attentive and accommodating with any requests or questions we had.
Regardless, I would highly recommend. Location was great as was the dedicated parking spot!

We loved our stay here! It was beautiful, modern, and right across from the beach which was perfect. It was really nice having the beach chairs and umbrellas to take with us, as well as the cooler! It was hard to find the unit number at night, as there were no lights on the outside so we had to walk around for a while. The only recommendation I would make to the host is letting the guests know their parking stall ahead of time. We had accidentally parked in someone else’s spot before we got into our unit and found our spot number.

This place was recently renovated and was clean. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs and cooler for our beach days. The lanai was also really relaxing with ocean views. The staff at Vacamaui were really responsive if we needed anything. Thanks for a great stay. Mahalo.

This place was awesome! Newly remodeled and plus it came with Tommy Bahamas chairs and umbrellas and boards. The place was nice and clean, it was just across from the beach. I would highly recommend.

Amazing short stay at this beautiful unit in Kihei. Everything was very well thought of. Beach gear was available for use. Having an in unit washer and dryer was super convenient. It was a clean unit. I’m hoping to stay with my family longer next time.

Such an amazing place and perfect for our family. The condo was very clean and had nice amenities including everything we would need for the beach, that was awesome!! The host was super friendly and responsive! We will definitely book here again in the future.

Awesome location across the street from the ocean and easy to travel to the north side or into Kihei. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice to use after the beach. The place was recently updated beautifully and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and even had a vita-mix blender. The bathroom was very clean and new. The mattresses in the bedrooms were comfortable including the sofa sleeper. Communication with VacaMaui was easy and they responded rapidly. Overall it was a great place to stay and helped make our Maui trip great.

I stayed 5 nights and loved our stay and location. This was recently remodeled and everything was brand new and super clean (including appliances, towels, etc...). The beach was right across the street and we were a short 5-10 min drive to restaurants and grocery stores.
Pros
-Great location
-Clean and brand new
-Had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie board (this was super nice to have!)
-Had all appliances and dishes we needed to cook
-Host was super responsive
Cons
-Check in process can be improved (the unit number or parking spot was not listed in the check in details. I had to message the host)
-Check in details listed to get in via a code with my phone number, but it was actually a lock box with a physical key. There wasnt any information sent to me in advance on the change. When I messaged the host, they replied quick/immediate that they had to make a change and to use the lock box instead and shared the new code.

Beautifully furnished, brand new renovation. Top of the line appliances, beautiful flooring. Gorgeous view of Sugar Beach. Nice outdoor space with comfy patio furniture and lighting. Walking distance to Isana Sushi. Oh, and the beach is literally across the street. Love this place! Great job VacaMaui!! It’s beautiful.
