We had a fantastic stay in Maui! The space was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and the included beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards were such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Cleanest Air Bnb we have experienced. Glass so clean you would think the slider was open. Home is very updated and everything was very comfortable. AC units worked pretty well. Definitely cut the heat and worked, but wasn’t blasting cold air. However we like things very cool after a warm day and could just be us. The provided boogie boards and beach equipment was so nice to have. Kamaole 3 is so close and was the ticket for many beach days. Would definitely stay here again.

We just checked out and already miss it! The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect Maui getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfy, and the beach gear (chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella) made our days at Kamaole Beach III so easy and fun. The location was unbeatable—right across from the beach and close to great food and shops in Kihei. The grounds were peaceful and beautifully maintained with tropical landscaping and a relaxing pool area. Our host was kind, responsive, and made check-in and check-out seamless. We came for my sister’s 25th birthday and made the best memories here. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!

We stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the location. The condo provided everything for beach day fun, laundry and kitchen supplies. Only things to point out is to check which beach umbrella and chairs are working before heading out!

Loved staying here - place matches description, easy to find and not too far from the airport. Host was very responsive - would stay here again. (Maui was hot when we were here & the a/c felt like it was struggling to keep up, but opening windows and the sliding door definitely helped)

This spot was great! Besides the air not being on when we checked in and being over 85 degrees when we entered, we communicated the issue same day and the host let us know it was an oversight from the cleaning staff.
Was a great location and great rental. My only word to the wise with a little one is there is no dark or thick curtains so light comes in first thing and if your kiddo is used to a dark room, bring your own travel blackout curtains. This is not a remark on the rental but more a word to the families out there!

We did arrive in the evening so we looped around a bit trying to find the right place, was on second level, stairs only. This complex is across the street from the beach, walkable to plenty of shopping and restaurant areas. grocery stores are within 10 min drive. community gated pool for the complex. wifi was choppy, had to reconnect daily. good size bedrooms and the sofa bed and sleeper bed was great for three in the living room, fit the group of 7 without any issues. also provided some beach amenities, cooler came in handy.

Our family loved this condo. The location was prime for the beaches we frequent. The A/C was sufficient especially with the ceiling fans to help circulate. The pool being visible from the lanai…awesome! The showers don’t have a door, so just angle the shower head towards the wall. The beach gear was SO helpful!

My husband and I stayed here and were blown away with how clean and spacious this airbnb was. We were beyond thankful for the host. we booked very last minute and he answered our late phone call with kindness. We very much appreciated the flexible check-in. Great place to stay! We shared the space with another family and it was just right. Each family had their own private space and bathrooms. View of the ocean from the balcony was great. Walking distance to pools, beach, and a few shops. The host was incredibly helpful and super responsive.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Beautifully decorated home with comfortable beds. Only recommendation is more seating in the living room. A bigger loveseat/ or more seats would be ideal for families that want to relax after a long day of fun and hang out and watch TV.

Wonderful, relaxing place! It was well stocked with utensils, storage containers, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. We felt we had a good amount of space and it was nice to have the two bedrooms with air conditioning. The bathrooms were both very clean and I felt comfortable. We booked at the last minute and were so glad it was available! Loved being just a few minutes' walk from the beach, and we could stroll over for beautiful sunsets.

Great stay here with 3 adults and 4 kids. Loved the boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and sand toys. We had everything we needed to explore several beautiful beaches. Having a washer and dryer and new kitchen made the stay comfortable and convenient. Beds were very comfortable!

The host was very responsive to any of our concerns. The place looked like the pictures. Beach towels and chairs were available, which was very helpful. The property is right across from one of the beaches and we loved that we could just walk down to the beach. Clean kitchen and bathroom. The only thing I would change is the living room sofas, if they would’ve been little cleaner as we used them to sleep. Overall if I could I’d book again. Great place.

Perfect week in Kihei!
We loved this condo - stayed with 6 family members total, my brother and I were on the pullout couches which are memory foam and very comfortable, everyone slept great! Condo was super clean, well stocked, beautifully remodeled. We loved the ocean view from the lanai, pool was very nice and well maintained, beautiful plumeria trees all over the property. Location perfect for beach and shops/restaurants in both Kihei and Wailea.

This condo was clean and well put together. Nice location. It had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen and everything was clean and well organized. The bathrooms were nice but they did not have shower doors on them so the second story shower leaked through the ceiling to the first floor bathroom. The only thing I really did not like was the fact that the east facing bedrooms only have sheer window coverings and since the sun rises at 5:45 in the morning there is complete daylight in the bedroom by 6am. If you like to sleep in this is probably not the place for you.

We were very happy with our stay. The condo was nice and comfortable inside and conveniently located. It was so easy to use the key pad for entry. The kids loved the pool. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo and laundry detergent provided. It was SO nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, etc available to use.

Well equipped apartment in a nice complex with pool and tennis court (the later we used a lot). The apartment had everything we needed.
We had an issue with the fridge, which was solved on the same day. All in all, in my opinion this nice apartment needs to be better taken care of (checking the equipment, cleaning) but we would come again :)

Place was just as described in desciption. The property complex was right by the beach, had a lot of amenities available, including many beach chairs, boogie boards, shade umbrella, sand toys, and some snorkels/fin. Had all cookingware including rice cooker. Host was also great. Communication was very prompt, and was very quick to address issues. The place supplies only one day’s worth of shampoo/body wash, and you will need to supply your own.

Our family of six absolutely loved staying here! The hosts were extremely responsive as we had some issues with flights being canceled and rescheduled. The complex was our favorite part…. Two pools, pickle/tennis ball courts, lots of green space to walk around, walking distance to beaches and shops. The condo was clean and well stocked. Thanks to the other reviews, I knew to bring extra beach towels, but there wasn’t anything else we needed. There are plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards in the outdoor closet. place was exactly described. beach was across the street, and both pools on site were great. walkable to restaurants, and everyone in the condo complex was friendly. I do agree with the other reviews that the living room area is a bit warmer, but the rest of the rooms were great with AC units.

Great location in Kihei
This is a nicely updated 2 bdr 2 bath condo in an older but well kept property. The location is really great and central to many things and right across the street to kamaole 3 beach. The condo does sleep 7. It has everything we needed to cook with. We had constant communication with vacamaui and they were fabulous with answering all our questions and even bringing extra fans (it was 90 F daily for our trip). This condo has 3 window mounted AC units. And while they help, they don't cool the condo down very much in the afternoon; you'll need fans. The pools at the property were sparkling clean and very nice. Don't forget to check in with the office and get your parking pass so your car doesn't get towed (that didn't happen to us). We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, about 15-20 mins walk to restaurants but 5 min walk to the beach! Very clean! Amazing kitchen. Hosts were very responsive and super helpful! Almost answered my questions immediately. Instructions were clear. I would give them 5 stars but it was super hot in the living room because of the malfunctioning AC unit (also happened to be August in Hawaii so take that for what it’s worth). Still would stay here again! The place is amazing and so easy plus the host was exceptional.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Very centrally located to all we had planned. Minutes from beach. Fit all 7 comfortably! Only thing I would suggest is if you are hot natured like some of our family I would buy/bring a small fan if you are staying in the living area, other rooms were a great temperature! Exactly as described! This was a wonderful place for my family of 5 (with three teenage boys) to stay. It was easily accessible once we found it (to be fair, we arrived later in the evening after dark, and there was road construction that had closed off the first entrance), it had all we needed for making many of our own meals, was beautifully clean, and quite comfortable. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs - not only for taking to a few beaches, but carrying right across the street to relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the ocean. We would certainly consider staying here again!

This place is PERFECT if you’re traveling with your family. They communicate very quickly and the house has everything you need. Be prepared that it is humid and the ACs cannot cool whole living room, but the bedrooms are nice and VERY comfortable. You also need to buy condiments, soap, and coffee if you stay longer than a few days. Amazing place! You can see the sunset!

This is my second time staying here, and it feels like home away from home! It’s a 5 minute walk (7 minutes if you’re walking really slow) door to sand from my favorite beach (Kamaole III). Parking is easy, the neighbors are friendly, and there’s a lovely view to the ocean. The place is super clean and comfortable, and lots of space for me and two girlfriends. We loved it and I will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was well updated and had everything we needed, (dishes, towels, coffee maker, washer/dryer etc) to make our stay great. It also had a good view of the well kept grounds, pool bbq area and ocean from our 2nd level deck/lanai. Inside had lots of space for our family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, and even the pull out couch/chair were comfortable for our teenagers. Lots of beach gear provided, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas etc) The 3 a/c units and multiple ceiling fans kept the place cool. Our only recommendations are the possibility to have tennis racquets and balls available to take advantage of the court on the grounds and possibly having a deadbolt on the front door (just personal preference for family comfort) but these didn’t impact our stay negatively at all. Overall the place was great for us and we would stay there again.

Great Kihei Location
The condo was exactly as described and nicer than what you see in the photos! Rooms were very spacious, and our kids reported that the pull out sofa and chair were very confortable. It fit our family of 5 more than comfortably. The condo is only a few minutes walk from Kam 3 and a few more minutes to Kam 2! We utilized the ice chest and chairs every day - enough for everyone. Overall the place was well appointed and more than we expected. Management was very communicative as well. We plan to rent this unit again next year!

Our family had a great stay. The place is exactly like the photos and was absolutely spotless. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was equipped with all the utensils we needed for breakfasts and quick meals. The bathrooms were spacious and water pressure was good. The ACs and fans worked really well. We had a wonderful time at the Airbnb and it was right across the beach and close to a lot of good restaurants. My family and I stayed at the condo for 8 days, and could’ve definitely stayed longer (wish we would have)!
The condo overlooked the upper pool, and also had a great view right out to the ocean. Sunsets were wonderful from the patio, or down at grassy area by the pool.
The condo was very well stocked with all the beach essentials, which was very convenient for us with 2 young kids and grandparents (sand toys, floaties, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, the list goes on!)
Overall this was a great place to stay and would highly recommend it!

Modern Maui Stay
This rental was perfect for our group (3 adults, 4 kids: 13 yr old, 11 yr old, 7 yr old, and 4 yr old). The rental is exactly as pictured. The unit was clean and comfortable. Very close to the Kamaole Beach Park III (about a 5-6 minute walk) and I like how they have an outdoor shower at the base of the property. It is on the second floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage up a flight of outdoor stairs. Both bathrooms are showers only, no bathtubs. There are plenty of bed sheets, pillows and pillow covers, as well as bathroom towels. The kitchen is fully stocked, even with glass tupperware of all different sizes. The beach gear was well equipped, although we did not have a cooler (which was listed as part of their beach gear). I contacted the owner about this, and within the same day, they brought over a brand new cooler. We arrived to the rental around 7-8pm in the evening, so when we stopped by the main office to pick up a parking pass, they were closed. The next morning, there was a note on our rental vehicle saying to stop by the office during their business hours to pick up the parking pass. Since we were going to be out and about before they opened, I contacted the owner to let them know this, and they kindly offered to drop off the parking pass along with the cooler. Regarding parking, we were able to park our vehicle very close to our unit every day. Some things that need improvement: The AC in the living room really didn't help to cool the room down. Even with the ceiling fan on, it didn't get as cool as we liked it to be. The AC units are really loud in both bedrooms, but they cooled the rooms just fine. Even the ceiling fans were good enough to cool the bedrooms down. The beach towels that are provided are the quick-drying type (4 are provided, plus 2 other "towels" but felt more like beach mats as they were much more stiffer). So if you prefer the traditional beach towel, bring your own. They provided powder laundry detergent, but bring your own laundry detergent pods if you prefer. Also, bring your own dryer sheets for the dryer as they do not provide these. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Nice condo close to great beaches and sunset viewlocation
A nice upgraded condo unit that has all you need to cook and drink for people of 8. This condo is walkable three Kamaole beaches and we liked the most among all other beaches we visited to. Makena a beach is 15 mins away from this unit but that beach didn't suit for our families due to strong currents plus you will have to pay fee per head and vehicle. We have paid the fee, spent only 15 mins and returned to Kamaole beach again. Fortunately we are able to see turle in beach 3. This unit also 15-20 min drive to Harbor where you board snorkeling tour boats and 45 mins drive to Kanapali beach and Luau we attended at Sheraton. Overall we have enjoyed a lot in Kamaole beaches.

Great Location clean and organized, and has everything you need, the only thing that no drinking water at all, as a host on the islands, I know that many mainland guests land late and not always has the time to get everything they need, so always nice to have some basics like water for guests so bring your own, and shampoo and soap very little hotel style, so get it before you arrive, but beside that great place nice ocean view, pool, easy parking, and well managed .

Overall a great place to stay, excellent location, the spacious/freshly remodeled apartment! Air conditioning was a bit too loud, some of us had trouble sleeping with the sound. Also, the cooking pans/pots a bit too small for the crowd of six. We noticed broken beach umbrellas and reached out to the Management and they were super fast and helpful and brought replacements within 2 hrs. Same with extra sheets/blankets. We’re delivered on request. Highly recommend this place for a family with kids/for the party of 4-7ppl Only wish the kitchen had a few more pots/pans available.

Great getaway
We were very happy with the location, beach proximity, and condition of the VRBO. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The beach across the street was as perfect as it gets. We got to swim near the turtles every day. The grounds of the VRBO were meticulously maintained. There were grounds people every day cleaning the pool, and landscaping. The patio was nice to sit on in the mornings eating breakfast. The pictures on the website accurately represented this property. I would highly recommend this unit.

The property is beautiful. Super modern, two king beds in each room and the pull out sofa bed was so comfortable and was definitely high quality! The property was very well stocked and you can see the ocean from the balcony! The appliances and everything were also super modern and in great working condition. The beach is also right across the street and there was restaurants and a 24 hour Safeway grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity. If you are considering staying at this property, you should do it. I don't think you will regret it! The whole experience was great! Just to be helpful, I eventually figured out that the fan was controlled by a remote control. lol

Great place to stay! Beds were comfy, unit was well stocked with all the basics, parking was easy to find - but make sure you check in at the office to get a parking permit! We had a note left on our windshield notifying us cars without a permit is at risk for towing. Shampoo and body wash was just a small hotel sized bottle, so if you’re staying for a few days or have multiple people, I recommend bringing your own bathroom supplies. Host answered all questions promptly, check in and out was simple (door keypad).

Good location and clean place. The place has AC but is a bit stuffy. It might be that there’s dust circulating around. We were able to effortlessly check in and out, which was great. However, cleaning was not complete when we checked in. Towels were still in the dryer, so we had to hunt for them for quite a while.

We had a fantastic vacation in this condo. It is exactly the same as pictures, with an ocean view and a swimming pool view ( Very convenient to watch our kids playing in the pool). The location is great, a walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. Grocery stores such as foodland and safeway are within 10 mins driving. The only problem is that AC in the first floor was not cool enough and super loud. Remember to get your parking permit during office hour. Overall I will recommend to stay in this condo.

Perfect place to stay in Kihei! So clean, great vibe as a base for adventuring or to stay in and relax. It’s close to the pool for a non-sandy swim, but a cute beach is right across the street! Great location, not noisy at all. It was a very comfortable stay in every way! Also loved that there were so many fun extras in the lanai closet (beach chairs, snorkel, boogie board etc). Communication was fantastic and helpful. I never had any questions because everything was so clear from the get-go and along the way. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time and place was everything it said it was. Most impressed with his response time. Very clean I will list only cons which aren't big cons at all... need better pot set but we bought a new one and left for next guest. Wish had a bigger couch for family to gather around or add another chair to living room. We made it work.... but everything else is what you need! Plenty of chairs for beach gas grill and tons more. Location is great! Parking is easy. We actually drove to the beach below because we had a little one and too much beach gear. But even during the winter holiday, there was still parking. The beach is beautiful with soft sand and waves. We even saw a turtle in the ocean! Would definitely recommend!
It’s upstairs and no elevator. A/c is pretty loud and luckily it wasn’t hot enough at night in 12/21 to run it constantly. Ceiling fan was helpful! It was quiet and comfortable!

The place looks nice and well designed. Amenities were well maintained and clean. The condo is located closely to several nice beach parks, stores and restaurants. Our only complaint is the towels. They were cleaned OK but had a strong smell of the un-rinsed detergent. They do have fancy washer and dryer; a quick cycle of wash and rinse solved the problem.

The Airbnb was in such a great location, near one of the best beaches we went to during our time in Maui. We really appreciated all the beach equipment provided as it made our stay very convenient (snorkel, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys, sun umbrella). It was also nice that there were condiments left behind in the refrigerator for consumption (maple syrup, pancake syrup, mustard, ketchup, etc.). The beds were all very comfortable including the pull out couch.
Our only deduction about the place was the A/C unit. The unit itself was claimed to be new and working, but it definitely was not large enough to cool down the entire common area. We stayed at another similar Airbnb next door and their A/C unit was much larger and you could feel a clear difference between the two places. Other than that, it was nice.

Best couch beds ever!
So location, amenities, decor are all top notch. The sunset view from patio….fantastic. The beach gear including chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards and even snorkel gear….couldn’t have asked for more. But the fold out couch beds….these were unbelievably comfortable! Tell your mother-in-law or teenagers not to worry, they will probably sleep better here verses their own beds! Thank you again for the stay! Property came as shown. Beautiful, modern amenities. Few very minor things were quickly addressed by the super responsive owner. Grade A experience for my boys 12&14 first time. 6 of us total. 4 kids loved the downstairs pullout couch and love seat. Slept most every night there although had a great bedroom with a king bed. Great spot in Kihei, conveniently located near Kamaole III. Everything was so easy for our family with school aged kids. We especially loved the great beach gear (snorkeling equipment included) and the proximity to the pool. Freshly updated condo in a friendly community right on the water and centrally located i Kihei with great shops and restaurants blocks away, no car ride needed.. Pick up Kleenex , hand soap, and cleaning spray on the way - very sparse amenities that one would expect to find at a condo/ hotel. Other than that minor inconvenience, the owner is immediately available to assist with even the smallest of concerns and it was a pleasure every day to awaken to the beauty of the Maui waves and pool outside the lanai. Oh, the only real negative, was the upstairs room does not have good shades and the light comes pouring in early morning - bring an eye mask!!! I would stay here every vacation in the future - truly home away from home in paradise~

The house was amazing, communication was fast and easy. House is in a great location. Beach directly across the street. Property is well maintained, it’s construction going on, but you literally cannot hear any loud noises at all.

We LOVED our stay! Beds were super comfortable, beach gear was awesome, proximity to the beach was amazing, condo complex really well maintained, and the place was well-equipped for cooking and cocktailing. We seriously had the best week and want to come back ASAP. We snorkeled with turtles, watched the sunset every night, enjoyed the pools and the beach, and visited great restaurants.
One con for full transparency: it would have been nice to have more couch seating. We had 4 adults and there was a 2-person couch and an arm chair for 1 person. If there were a 3-person couch it would have been great. But we made it work and we will be back!

Stayed here for almost two weeks for work and vacation. Beds were very comfy and there was plenty of space for myself, my partner, and a friend to set up with laptops, monitors, keyboards, and mouses. Loved the amenities of a stocked kitchen for cooking and all the beach gear we needed for a all the days at the beach. Planning on staying again in just a few weeks and looking forward to it :)

Good experience!
We love how everything is exactly how it's advertised. The condo is nicely renovated, decor & appliances are great, and beds are comfortable. Only a couple small issues... -The AC in the bedrooms are perfect but in the living room it wasn't as cold as we would have liked. -The remote for the ceiling fan downstairs also controls the fan upstairs. So, we were constantly having to compete with the room downstairs. -We love how much parking space there was but wish we were told upon check in to get a parking pass from the office. We found a paper on our windshield the 3rd night that we must register our car or risk being towed. Overall, we loved our stay and we will highly recommend it to our friends & family who visit Maui.

We loved staying in this Airbnb. It was just my husband and I, and we were both working from home, making the two bedrooms perfect for our situation. The condo is modern, clean and comfortable. It's about a 5-minute walk from the beach, and the condo pool is right outside your door. Josh and team were quick to respond to any questions or needs we had and were excellent hosts. I cannot recommend staying here enough! We will definitely be back the next time we're in Hawaii. Thanks for all, VacaMaui Team!

Great place
Our family enjoyed the location and the recent renovations. Very clean upon arrival. Lots of coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas. Everything was as advertised. Small issue for us was the loudness from the air conditioners and the kitchen and living room area did not cool down to our liking with cooking with the one there currently. Bedrooms were fine but loud as well.

Wonderful place
First of all, the pictures are very accurate. We loved every bit of this well-kept updated condo. The view from the balcony was of the pool and you could see a little bit of the beach. It's in a great location off of S. kihei and close to everything. We were only a 5-10 minute drive to Wailea and 25 min drive from the airport. I loved the kitchen and the boys were quite comfortable on the pull out couches. The only issue we did have was with the AC unit in the living room. It was hot two nights and we couldn't get it to cool off the room. The room is too big for the wall unit. But other than that, it was great. Beach towels were offered and kitchen amenities were great.

The unit was AMAZING! Extremely comfortable and clean! The kitchen is fully equipped for prepping and cooking our own meals. The appliances and kitchen hardware (plates, spoons, etc) are of top quality! My family and I enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and walkable beach access!

If you’re reading this, still looking for a great place to stay in Maui and Josh’s place is still available, I have 3 words: BOOK IT NOW. :)
Josh was an awesome host. He supplied a guidebook with everything you’d need to know about Maui included (which is especially great if it’s your first time here) - his suggestions for where to eat and what to do were spot-on!
We enjoyed coffee and banana bread while overlooking the ocean from the back porch, but also enjoyed our sleep in the super comfy king beds and air-conditioning (an added bonus were the 2 full baths)! Amazing! There’s even beach supplies (towels, chairs, a cooler, etc.) to take to the beautiful beach which is a 5-minute walk or even shorter drive.
Thank you once again, Josh, for exceeding our expectations! Staying here was the perfect way to begin our Maui trip.

Josh’s place is modern, clean, and cozy. We loved its proximity to the beach (right across the street) and everything else the south shore has to offer. We took tips from Josh’s guidebook for snorkeling, dinner cruise, etc. and they were all great. We made use of the snorkel equipment, fins, boogie boards, and coolers Josh offers with the rental. Hope to stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

We really enjoyed our stay at Josh’s place! The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and really beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning when it was cool, and loved having access to the beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, and boogeyboards that we could take to the beach. We also really enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood, Kihei—there were plenty of great restaurants within a short drive, but we didn’t feel overwhelmed with people or shops. Josh was also very communicative during our stay, which is always much appreciated. We would definitely recommend staying here!

I recently stayed here for 4 nights and thoroughly loved it. I'll definitely return!
The rooms were extremely clean (esp for a beach location). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, cups, etc - everything I could think of wanting. They also supplied beach towels, chairs, umbrella, many beach accessories!
The owners were extremely nice and helpful! The beds and sofa beds were very comfortable. This is walking distance to the beach, and close to shops, etc. Thank you! My family had a remarkable vacation!

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our group, and we did end up using both pull out couches which were very comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and there were simple touches, like chocolate left for us that made us feel at home. We loved being able to walk to the beach, that had swings and showers!

We enjoyed this very clean and spacious condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with air conditioning in both rooms and in the living room area. Beds were comfortable, including the pull out bed in the living room. The place offered everything we needed--washer and dryer, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, beach gears, etc.
The pool is close from the unit, and walking distance to Kamaole Beach 3. We had no trouble finding a parking spot near the unit even later in the evening. We would love to stay there again when we return to Maui.

Location, location, location! It is located across the street from the beach, and restaurants/grocery store-walkable (if you like to walk). Beautiful condo. Located in the heart of Maui. The condo is fully equipped the thing I love the most was the beach gears my kids enjoyed the snorkeling gears as my husband and I chill on the sand under the beach umbrella. Kitchen has all the cooking utensils you need. This beautiful condo is walking distant to the beach. Bars restaurants and shopping store are about a mile or two. I recommend this condo to anyone.

The condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and some seasonings and were happy to see that we had a view out to the ocean even though we were at the back of the property. While the location does result in a bit more of a walk to the beach, parking was never an issue.

Glad you had a good time Kelly! We totally agree. We purchased the unit in December 2018 and the condo association doesn't allow remodels from mid December to mid April. We are gutting and completely updating the unit beginning in April 2019. We try to keep it really clean, and the price reflects the outdated status. Mahalo

This is a wonderfully cozy condo in a perfect location! The view is stunning (you can watch the sunset over the ocean from the lanai!) and we loved having the option to be in the pool or the ocean. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the ocean, shopping, and restaurants. Everything was clean in the condo when we arrived, and everything in the condo suited us perfectly for our family of 4. We will definitely be back, this condo is most definitely the best bang for you buck!
