Amazing location and condo. It had everything we needed for our stay - boogie boards, snorkel sets, beach chairs, and coolers. The lanai was great for sunrise breakfasts. The ACs kept all the rooms cool. We loved the place!

My friends and I had an amazing stay! The place was very spacious, extremely clean, and had everything we needed for a great beach getaway. We really appreciated all the thoughtful amenities, especially the boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels. The view from the place was absolutely wonderful, and both check-in and check-out were super easy and smooth. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location, and a nice clean space! There was a beach right across the street, and some little shops and cafes about a 15 min walk away.
One thing to call out is that the room with the bunk bed has no windows. Other than that, everything looked as we were expecting, and comfortably fit 3 couples for a weekend trip!

House was as described I didn’t see any bugs that people were complaining about before. House was neat and exceeded my expectations on the beach chairs, boards, sand castle toys umbrellas and towels. They were amazing host I still give them give stars. The beach around there is where u can take surfing lessons. It’s close to the nicer beaches if you want to make the 10min drive. My family of 9 fit comfortably with no issues. There’s a bunch of places and restaurants around to visit. U have the ABC store around the corner the food trucks and Paia if you want a great fish experience. My only negative is the floors will probably need to be swapped out and I would add a full door to the shower instead of the half glass but that’s just me being picky. aC worked overall we had an amazing time and experience.

There is a nice beach across the street and apartment have a lot of beach chairs and umbrellas. Nice patio with beautiful sunset view! Short walk to the restaurants and market. Great apartment with an ocean view from one side, and Heleakala view from the other. Apartment was not super easy to find because Google Maps points at the other side of the apartment complex, but once found it was very easy to access.
Beach is maybe 3 minutes away on foot, good for swimming and sunbathing, not for snorkeling, but there are good snorkeling beaches few minutes by car away.
I had one issue with the balcony door, but owner was very responsive and quickly fixed the issue.
Overall I recommend.

Next to a beautiful beach, ocean view, with many fun things to do around by short walk or drive. Condo is in good shape, remodeled and spacious 3 bedroom, fitting perfectly our family trip of 6 people including both senior and young kids. Staff is super responsive (within minutes) even at night time.

Perfect location and everything you need for a great vacation!
I booked this home for 2 weeks for my 40th birthday! The first week I shared the condo with girlfriends and it was the perfect central location for dinners out, beach days, and long morning walks. The second week my husband and kids came and the condo was also perfect for families. Across the street from the beach, well equipped for cooking, came with chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. It couldn't have been better!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo in Kihei! We were scuba diving during our trip and we wanted to be close to the Kihei boat ramp. This unit was perfect, it was just a 5 min walk away, so it was very convenient for us to get to our early morning dives. The unit is nicely renovated and furnished. The condo complex has nice amenities like pools, BBQs, tennis court, and convenient parking. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This location was awesome. We just had a trip with 5 adults and 3 children under 10. The host is incredibly responsive when I messaged with a few questions including a noise issue from a neighbor. The condo was beautiful and exactly what we needed. The location is fantastic. It was great when the kids were tired of the ocean but still wanted to play to have the access to the pools. Overall, we all agreed we would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so in the future.
The only thing to be aware of is there are not many towels; we had to wash towels quite a bit both for showering and the beach/pool. Next time we will bring some additional towels with us.

Our family of six people had a good time here at this VacaMaui property. Good location in the Kihei area, walkable to the ocean, nice and peaceful apartment complex. The house is clean overall, kitchen appliances are very nice. We enjoyed cooking here. The only thing that could be better is the bunk bed in one of the bedrooms on the second floor. It is not stable and making squeaky noises all the time. Overall I would recommend this place.

Great Location, Great for Large Family
We stayed here May 2024 with 6 adults for 10 days. Kitchen very well stocked, loved the ninja blender for Pina Coladas. Pans and knives not great if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Lawn chairs and boogie boards were a hit. 2 couples and 2 single adults fit comfortably. Bunk beds in 3rd bedroom good for one adult or 3 kids. Pull out sofa for an extra bed in the living room. Master bedroom with ensuite is upstairs across from the room with bunk bed. Large bedroom with king bed on main floor. We bought tennis rackets that will hopefully stay with the unit for others to enjoy. Nice pool, nicely manicured grounds and great location to the beach. Nice view of the ocean off the lanai. Not many face cloths and hand towels were provided and we had to buy dish towels which we left at the unit. Overall we would stay here again, very few complaints during our stay.

We had a pleasant stay. The drive from OGG airport was not too long (25 minutes), and it right near the beach. When we got there, none of the beds had sheets on them, but they were quick to respond when I contacted them. Everything else about our stay was enjoyable. Pool and pickleball court got lots of use

A bit tight but worked well for extended family with 4 small children. Really appreciated supplied Pack'n'Plays, beach gear and quick dry towels. Recommend collapsible wagon (we rented separately and delivered with carseats to airport) to get chairs, toys and kids to/from beach(s) easily. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Very enjoyable to stay, nice and close to the beach, good central place to plan outings. Always parking available, all amenities worked, including two barbecues (four charcoal type, two propane type) that were almost always available. The only downside was two pickleball courts that were loud at times. Two swimming pools were excellent. Also the host had all kind of parasols and beach chairs and small boards for body surfing available. All in excellent working order! We would definitely book again at this spot.

Prime location to amazing beach, very walkable to multiple shops for coffee, breakfast and souvenirs. Pool is on the smaller side. The location of this place is unbeatable. There are awesome beaches right across the street perfect for families, we even saw a turtle. All the beach amenities( chairs, floaties, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler) are provided which was great. Check in was easy but wish it was a little earlier than 4pm, our flight landed at noon so we had to wait for a little bit. The place itself is nicely updated and modern. Not good for elderly unless they are sleeping downstairs. There is only one bathroom upstairs in the master. There is a little awkward step out of the second bedroom which my grandma and kid fell from. I ended up moving her to the pull out couch. Otherwise the place was perfect and worth the value. Also wish there was more kitchen amenities such as coffee fixings. There is salt, pepper, oil. We all had a blast at the place and the host was extremely responsive with any questions I had and was very helpful. Would stay again without my grandma =)

We loved our stay at this condo in Kihei. The unit was clean upon arrival, and we found the hosts very responsive and helpful. It was well equipped and located within an easy walk of a lovely beach, and a convenient drive to a number of restaurants. We also enjoyed the community with two pools and sport court. The condo was very nicely updated. It is abit small for 6 adults with the 3rd bedroom not having any windows. The large island is great but a table would be better considering the lanai is also very small.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and store food. There is alot of beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards but the cooler was left uncleaned. Pickle ball Court is right there but not really usable without rackets.
The location is good right across from the beach. The common bbq area worked well.
Overall the unit is nice and the location is good.

Upon arriving, our host had reached out, letting us know our space would not be available till later in the evening due to some scheduled maintenance that was not done. With that being said, he had another condo lined up for us to leave our things so we could start enjoying Maui. he was so responsive and helpful that 1st day with a few hiccups we had along the way. Great location. Spacious apartment/condo. Welcoming staff and office. Linens were an issue due to needing to be cleaned. There was a blood stain on one of the pillows. There was an issue with a resident or visitor to the location with video recording my family for no reason. Besides that, great time at the location.

Wonderful vacation rental! Clean. Lots of kitchen appliances and silverware. Appreciated the beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs provided! The only minor critique is that I would recommend a bath shower door that spans the full length of the shower so that the bathing room floor doesn’t get soaking wet or provide several bath mats.

Great location across from the beach! Pros: new, stocked kitchen, great beach stuff (umbrellas, chairs, toys, towels, cooler), convenient location to lots of beaches and restaurants. Cons: our only real con was just the layout - the upstairs bedroom has an en suite bathroom, so the second bedroom upstairs has to either go downstairs to use that bathroom, or through the bedroom to use the upstairs bathroom. Other smaller cons, if I’m being picky (didn’t bother us but FYI for others): no dining room (big island to sit at though), porch/lanai wasn’t really usable the way the furniture was laid out, cheaper sheets, condo complex was pretty run down relative to the updated inside of this unit, but it didn’t bother us. Overall really happy with our stay!

I have a family of six and this Condo was perfect. Things I loved: 1) Beautifully remodeled kitchen with a large island, perfect for entertaining 2) Beds were so comfortable 3) plenty of seating in living space 4) Nice glassware, silverware, and plenty of cabinets 5) Washer and Dryer was great to have 6) Having upstairs bedrooms was nice for adult children 7) Vaulted ceilings make the condo seem so much bigger 8) Nice Pools 9) Great Location right across from Kim- 10) Air-conditioning was a huge plus. Every room had a unit which is very unusual, yet so nice to have in June The only thing I would have liked to have was a table outside on the lanai. There wasn’t really a place to eat as family. The fry pans were beautiful but everything stuck to them even with oil. It would have been nice to have non-stick. Overall it is a great price for the value and I would stay again. A positive is also having 8 beach chairs, and umbrella. Very nice touch!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we recommend this place! it is clean, spacious, and is close to many popular locations but there is also alot to do around this area. the host left clear instructions and made our stay very comfortable providing extra blankets, beach chairs,unbrellas and kid toys. the view is great, parking is big, and 2 pools! would stay here again!

Hosts were super communicative and the place was fantastic. Tons of amenities, clean/updated space, and plenty to do in the complex itself. Bbq pits, pools, tennis & pickleball, etc. AC in every room was a huge plus. Had a great stay!!!

Great Vacation Home
Great place to stay too enjoy your family vacation! It was comfortable, cool, and had all the amenities we needed. It was a few minute walk to the ocean and they had chairs and blankets we could use to set up and watch the sunset. Our family enjoyed this home and will definitely use it when we return!

Beautiful
We love Kihei and needed a place to stay for my family. There were a total of six of us and the home accommodated all of us well. The kitchen was well stocked but what we appreciated most were the beach chairs, umbrellas, and ice chest that was here and ready to use. No one ever wants to purchase those items and then just have to turn around and leave them because you can’t take them back on your flight home. They were of good quality too. It was a great stay and the owner communicated well and had some pretty good recommendations for us throughout the week.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo. The place was clean and modern, with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was well-appointed with beautiful appliances and had everything we needed. The view of the mountain and the ocean was lovely, and it was especially relaxing to sit on the balcony. The air-conditioning was a big plus, since the heat and humidity increased each day we were there. There is a unit in each room with separate controls for each, and the units were very quiet. The location was perfect--walkable to the beach and close to everything else. There were just a few negatives: the common space was pretty small for a 3-bedroom condo. There wasn't a dining table; just a counter with stools, which was difficult for small children. Also, the staircase to the 2nd floor was very steep and narrow, and without a railing--also difficult when staying with smal children. The communciation from the hosts was excellent and the complex was quiet and well-maintained

Clean and updated! Everything was perfect from check in to checkout. It was a beautiful unit with everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend it and choose to stay there again. Great location in Kihei with walkability to the beach, restaurants, and stores.

Wonderful place to stay. Check in process was easy. Provided beach items: boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, a large cooler. No snorkels or fins. They did have an ample supply of tennis balls (no rackets).
Close to a beautiful sandy beach (1-2 block walk). There were 6 foot waves the day we arrived & a red flag warning - sadly not enough visibility for snorkeling. Great for boogie boarding though! Previous visits to this beach had only small waves & clear visibility.
Walkable restaurants are just okay. Better ones are a short drive away.
The unit itself was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment (including a Ninja blender). AC worked well - except for a constant knocking outside of the upstairs master bedroom that kept us awake for 2 nights. We were a bit disappointed to find only 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels were provided - especial for the price we paid. Washing machine/dryer worked well.
Would stay here again!

We loved our stay here, they really went above and beyond. It was in a great location beautiful beaches right out front, lots of restaurants and shaved ice locations that are walkable. The condo was very spacious and super clean. I would highly recommend this property

very nice and clean. only thing is 2nd floor bathroom is inside the other room so the other occupants are kind of inconvenienced. feels like there should be 3 bathrooms. but other tha. that great experi3nce overall. towels and dishesand utensils are all provided. and beach chairs and other amenities are good to. wifi might be a little weak inside tthe rooms but not a big deal.

Was a wonderful place to stay for our family of 5! The condo renovations are so tasteful and everything was very clean and updated.
The kitchen was fully furnished with new pots/pans and plenty of serving ware and utensils, full size washer/dryer and they even stocked the necessities for us as well! Great job! We could walk across the street to a grassy beach area or head out to a beautiful walk towards Wailea. While on the outside, the property complex and grounds itself could use some TLC and updating, once we stepped inside this unit, we found a great place to vacation!

What a nicely remodeled place to stay in an amazing location… within easy walking distance from restaurants, shops, stores, and the beach. From nice pools to outdoor grills to sunset over the ocean from the balcony… The beds were comfortable, and the towels, beach chairs and toys, and cooler all made our daily outings even better.

This Maui home was a great pick for our family of 8. Location was convenient with lots of shops and places to eat at walking distance.
Home provided chairs, umbrellas, cooler and toys for the beach. However coffee is not provided to make sure to grab some before arrival. Check in was smooth and easy.
Communication with our host was the best. We had an issue with our wifi and we had a response within minutes with a quick fix. Really recommend this place.

We enjoyed this condo for our stay in Maui. You can walk across the street to get to Kamole 3 beach which our kids loved for boogie boarding and snorkeling. The unit had beach umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and even a cooler we could use, which made our many beach trips more enjoyable. I also loved the easy check in process and the key code for entry. We had a few different families arriving at slightly different times on our check in day so it was nice to not have to coordinate passing out keys.

Great location close to beach and everything. Well appointed unit with everything you need to enjoy Maui. Very clean.
Only note is that the small bunk bedroom does not have a window (but has an AC unit).
We had a great time and will book again when we make it to Maui again.

Beautiful airbnb at a great location. You’re a very short walk to the beach and have a pool right in front as well. Everything else is a short drive away. Communicated very well and responded very fast. Will definitely keep this place in mind on our next trip to Maui.
