The communication was the host was very helpful and good. This place was in one of the best locations you can just walk out to sugar beach. Everything to do is near and easy to travel by car. This location was a warm weather wise compared to other parts of the island. We were so happy and would come back again !

Good spot local to great food truck location (close to the shopping village). Owned by an agency and didn’t have the homiest feel but still a great place in a great location. The beach was less desirable in this location compared to other beaches on the island due to contamination issues but the location to food and farmers markets made up for that easily. Overall very comfortable and had most everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay

VacaMaui was a wonderful host and the Airbnb was super great! They were very responsive when we needed something! The place was super clean and had everything that you would need! I do think some of the linen towels and blankets need to be replaced as some of them have an old warn smell to it. But overall it was a great place and would definitely come stay here again!

Mother Daughter Trip
Nice condo! Would stay at again w/minor tweaks. Couch has got to go&housekeeping should space + time between checkout. Otherwise, we loved the updated look, central location to beaches, Paia, Road to Hana & airport. We appreciated reminder emails about check in. Having two full bathrooms&kitchens was great option for my daughter&I getting ready. Pros: Great check-in info&follow up; Clear communication on fridge for parking & check out Interior updated, modern & nice decor Multiple boogie boards & Beach chairs huge plus Nice kitchens with full size fridge, with filtered in door & ice Very comfortable bed&luxury bedding Beautiful beach area&picnic tables Walk to Ululani's Shave Ice&Sugar Beach Bake Shop Cons Slightly rougher area than expected All 4 car wheels stolen at adjacent condo bldg night we stayed Patio door sticks Underpowered A/C window units never got below 73 altho set to 60’s Very uncomfortable couch to sit/sleep on; Couch needs good clean: spilled water&blotted towels were brown Housekeeping showed up 15 min before check out at 10:45-didn't knock-just walked in Came back few min after 11am to get last 2 bags after taking out trash & code didn’t work-luckily housekeeping let us in Ceiling fan in the bedroom has light, but remote missing: Choose either fan on/no sleep w/light or no fan to sleep Thanks!! We left ice packs for coolers and beach towels to share with visitors. If you visit, there’s some cute kitties in lot that appreciate treats

Review
This condo was updated and clean. The only issue we had with this place was that the towels provided had a smell of humidity and we had to wash them prior to using them. The unit is the last unit away from the beach, so you get a partial ocean view. There was plenty of parking throughout our stay. Access to the beach was quick and awesome. The grounds and pool were always clean.

We had some issues with check in but they helped us quickly. Nice place with the pool area close to the beach. However, you can tell that the building is older. Sometimes you can use the outdoor area a little longer or earlier. Unfortunately that was not possible here.

Short walk to Ululani’s Shaved Ice, Farmers Market, ABC Stores, and Sugar Beach Bake Shop. Quick drive Maalaea, Paia and Airport. Beachfront was nice, and room was very clean. The apartment itself doesn’t face the water or the beach, but you can walk to it.
There are two washrooms, A/C, and lots of kitchenware. Overall a very pleasant stay. And comes with a few beach chairs and some small surfboards.

Everything was great except, getting in the code would work sometimes and sometimes it would not,also had to go buy a pen to fill out registration form, but it was ok, considering I had 24 hours to fill it out, otherwise everything else was great. Oh also the dishwasher was hard to work, when leaving I couldn’t figure out if I got it working or not, but did try a couple of times.🤙🏼🤙🏼

What a beautiful and perfect place! We stayed here for just over a week. It was perfect for us with 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a bedroom & one of the bathrooms that could be kept private from the living space (where I slept on the surprisingly comfortable sofa bed) with the shut of a door which worked out wonderfully for us! Ocean view from living space, beautiful floors, the bathrooms were great with nice showers, the kitchen was clean & modern, TV was easy to use (logged into our own Hulu). Host was always super responsive & nice. Parking was easy.
Most of all, the location is unbeatable & everyone we met there was lovely! The beach is right there! Boogie boards & beach chairs were provided! Pool was warm & nice, the grassy area was always clean & absolutely perfect to spend the day at. The BBQ area was so lovely to eat dinner at with the ocean right there (stunning sunsets). The beach felt private & safe, & we could also quickly drive to local shops! We will be back!!

Sugar beach is sweet! 💛

The perfect place to stay
I don't usually write reviews but this property and company was exceptional! The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. The property was updated, decorated tastefully, well maintained and squeaky clean. The neighborhood was private, quiet and close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows were clean. There were so many thoughtful details such as extra blankets and pillows,the pantry is stock with cooking essential,beach chairs the list is endless! The living room was quite spacious for just the three of us and the window/balcony views are Amazing .Thank you for making our vacation spectacular! We will definitely be back to stay again in the future"

Perfect location
Overall extremely happy with our stay here! Our only issue was with cleanliness of the unit, it appears to only receive a 'surface' cleaning of the kitchen and floors but was manageable. The bed was comfortable overall but everyone's definitions are different, I found it a bit soft and lumpy but my partner slept like a baby. The 2 bathrooms and A/C in both rooms worked perfectly for our needs. We had a minor issue with TV remotes a few days in but Josh was very responsive and helpful! Note that this unit is an end unit closest to the roads and intersection so a bit noisy on the lanai but the views of both the ocean and Haleakala made up for it (in our opinion)!

Lovely remodeled condo unit, responsive host. The building itself is right off a busy highway, and the unit is on the side closest to the road, but it's still quite secluded so no noise issues. Unit can get quite warm in the afternoons, but the AC units work decently well (especially in the bedroom). Nice beach and outdoor area in the building.

Great location (Sugar Beach).Cozy and felt right at home.Friendly environment.Place was plenty stocked and minutes away from all the great places.A/C's were a bit loud and you have to pay for laundry which is located on the same floor.Having your own washer and dryer in the unit is a big factor for me and it wasn't very clear on the site unless you click on a different link, but other than that I would definitely stay here again.The host was super nice and quick to respond.We can't wait to return to Maui.

Really nice location and right on Sugar Beach. The property has a very nice lawn/seating area in front of the beach with a BBQ, loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. It was fantastic for sunset dinners and hanging out during the day.
The room is a bit noisy from the highway, but because of the configuration, the plus is that they have a balcony that gives you an ocean view!

Great apartment in a great location. It has access to the beach with chairs, umbrellas, tables and even grills. Just a short ride from airport, and equally distanced from the West and East Maui attractions (which are waterfalls and beaches). Close to shopping g and restaurants.
The apartment is newly renovated and quite spacious, and has the ocean view from the living room and balcony. We recommend!

Great spot - would stay here again. Very clean and well equip, newly and nicely renoed. Kitchen was great - coffee maker - and water/ice dispenser in fridge door appreciated. We cooked several times and it never felt like someone’s old college left overs - professional set up. 2 bathrooms was also great. Bed was huge and comfy. 2 AC units (it did get really hot in the day because of the windows but the AC units pumped their little hearts out. Our TV didn’t work right but they came right away and fixed it. Wifi was great. View was great. Sugar beach was just a few steps away and soft and lovely sand. Pool area was actually awesome and we spent some mornings here. The whole property was really well taken care off, clean and comfy. Washing machine and dryer (coin machines) were just down the hall and not busy and did a great job (2.50 for each wash and each dry).

This was a great condo! It had everything I needed and much more! The bed was comfortable, clean linen, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a cooler. They really did think of everything right down to the 7lb bag of ice in the freezer which I loved filling my Yeti with daily.
This property was literally right on Sugar Beach. The beach was nice and sandy, perfect for evening walks and swimming. The pool was equally as beautiful and well maintained. I’ll definitely be back again to enjoy beautiful Maui and this stellar condo!

They place felt like a dream. Perfect location, quiet, friendly neighbors good, felt like it was a home away from home. Inside was beautiful, I felt like I was in a tropical nautical oasis, yet was close to everything. Unfortunately, due to fires, I cancelled my stay on my second day. Host was extremely responsive, I appreciate how quick I got an answer. They understood completely, and had no fuss about my last minute cancellation. I hope in the near future when things settle, their business is back and they deserve recognition for being so understanding and polite during a time of crisis. I can tell you that not a lot of hosts approached guests with kindness in such an unfortunate disaster.

Easy to find, great location. Easy access to whichever side of Maui you want to drive to.
Beach access and the host provided everything you need- beach Umbrella, chairs, body boards and cooler.
The place has a decent size full kitchen where you can prepare quick meals so you don’t always have to eat out. It’s exactly as it shows on the pictures.
It’s on the 4th floor- Haleakala Mountain view on one side, and beach view on the other.
Private beach access. The condo community also has shared Grills and also has beach front picnic tables. Shared washer/dryer on each floor.
Overall this was a great rent. Hosts are very responsive when needed to ask a question. We loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was in a great location, beach access, ABC store walkable distance to the store and the famous Ululani’s delicious shaved ice that we frequented more than a few times. The condo was super clean and renovated. The amenities were awesome. I was so pleased that we had all the beach gear and didn’t need to purchase an umbrella, chairs or boogie boards. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this Airbnb we definitely are thinking about next summer already! Mahalo!!!

The place provided everything you needed. If you wanted to just relax at home or go out to the beach. Provided a cooler, chairs and even umbrellas. Host thought of it all. Kitchen was fully equipped and had an amazing view. And if you want to go party and drink you dont have to worry about a long right back after having a few drinks because everything is less than 10 minutes away. I would stay here again. I had no need to reach out to the host only when I had checked out I locked my car keys inside and host was super quick to unlock the door for me. I was worried I was going to be late for my flight. Thankfully host was quick to respond

We had a great stay at this Airbnb.
We were close enough to all the restaurants and shops, but far enough to avoid a lot of people. The beach was right at our door step and we enjoyed the view.

Great communication, easy check in, clean place, everything you needed was there the plus was the beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella and beach blankets and cooler was a plus. I would come back again! love the beach access, we walked the beach everyday. and swam every morning on the beach it was perfect love the front beach access , the was clean not rocky and sand was smooth no need of slippers. If you like to swim the beach water this is the place to stay no reefs or rocks in the water and the sandy beach was so clean. We all enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful apartment and beautiful views. Easy to find, private beach access and there is a great bakery nearby
The downside. The shower had no place to put your shampoo or body wash on.
Other than that is a special getaway. Maui has. A pineapple tour and you get one box of Maui pineapples after the tour.

I'm originally from Maui and returned to the island after 5 years and this airbnb was amazing. This beautiful airbnb has 2 bathrooms, 1 room, and a full kitchen. The room provided a medium cooler, 5 beach chairs, and 3 boogie boards, so you are set to hit the beach. There is a shared laundry room with $2 washer and $1.75 dryer, which we used perfectly and the host also provided detergent. The other guests were of an older crowd so it was a quiet area at night. This spot is a great location to hit all the major areas on the island.
Hands down, the host is amazing at responding to every message I sent. I highly recommend this host and airbnb property.

The condo was great. Good amenities, nicely upgraded. However the location came up short for me. Was a front condo of the location and was a lot of road noise. Also the window AC’s are very loud and was too much sound for my comfort. So either road noise or AC noise. Thankfully we spent majority of time out exploring the island.
Location was great, condo newly remodeled, has beach supplies available, we loved the beach chairs. Check in/out was simple and easy.

Amenities and unit as described - easy, clean, comfortable. On a perfect swimming beach, with a great patio area and BBQ’s were great. We could walk to shave ice for a perfect post-swimming treat. The only downside was high traffic noise but it was so worth it!

What a wonderful location on the north side of Kihei - we loved the unit and complex, always able to get a lounge chair on the grass and everyone was nice and friendly. The kitchen was well appointed and the bed comfy and hair dryer nice and strong! (Three of my must haves!). We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we find ourselves on the island. The AC kept the bedroom nice and cool, and all the beach amenities were a great option to have on hand. Walked to Sugar Beach bake shop a couple mornings for some yummy goodness and a salted caramel iced latte.

After 7 days at a different property with minimal amenities, we were thrilled to find everything one could ask for from a Maui rental. The kitchen was well amenitied, the bathrooms were well stocked, and the handheld showers felt luxurious after a morning of snorkeling. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything we could have needed for the beach; chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, towels. We didn’t use the pool, but enjoyed sunsets on the beach patio. Food is expensive in Maui, the BBQ area is perfect for making your own sunset dinner. Thank you.

Our stay was wonderful! Instructions were easy to follow and hosts were very accessible. Access to beach was extremely convenient and sand was super soft! Our accommodations were as described and spotless! There’s an ABC store and bakery within a few minutes walk which was extremely convenient. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!!

This quiet spot was perfect for adventuring, relaxing, and long walks on the beach. The central location was great for easy access to the south shore, the West Mauis, and the airport...! I really loved that they had almost everything u can use . Small things like salt that you didn’t need to remember to buy . It was very clean and you can walk out to beach and can see sunset and enjoy the water and close by bakery and abc store ( walking distance) . My favorite place was the shaved ice walking distance . Love it and would recommend to others..:)

The condo was exactly as described. Older building, but well kept. Read the info on the fridge; they change codes for pool and beach access regularly. Good location for exploring all of Maui for a reasonable price. Less crowded than the pricier resorts in West Maui, but had the same perks.

Has everything you need
Location was safe , super quiet , it’s convenient as far as it being right on the beach & right off the freeway.Gps is kinda thrown off when finding this location because it’s in between other condos and they just blend in together so if I didn’t look at the google images before traveling it would of been hard to locate especially at night it gets real dark so you definitely need a rental can’t walk anywhere. I learned that the hard way . I brung beach towels& blankets but the place had everything else for a nice beach day . The place came with boogie boards , beach blankets , umbrella , cooler , 2 showers . I thought it was also nice how the bedroom had a mini fridge and microwave as well as in the kitchen so if u had someone sleeping in living room and you crave a late night snack you won’t have to walk to far and wake anyone . Directions were confusing finding the unit a bit but the host always responded fairly quick so once I was in I had no issues the rest of the stay and I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return to Maui I definitely needed longer time . Check out the big beach so beautiful and sugar beach behind the property is perfect and romantic for a late night grill .

Great Location
The location of the Condo was great, center to everything. The outdoor space was very well maintained and relaxing. Check in was easy and keycode access made it nice to not have to carry around keys. The beds were comfortable, but linens for pull-put couch could have been nicer. The A/C in the bedroom was very noisy but efficient. The one in the living room was struggling to keep the area cool. We had an issue with some cleanliness when we checked in but they came by within two hours to fix the issue, which we very much appreciated. Overall I would recommend!

Great location, easy access to beach, having 2 baths was wonderful. Easy access to Haleakala ( took 1.5 hours to get there), road to hana and the west coast. Washer/dryer present on the same floor, and not in the apartment. Bring plenty of quarters if you plan on using the washer/dryer. Would recommend it.

Beautiful home and views. The location is ideal as it is central to everything on the island. The only thing I didn't love was the beach out front of the condo. However, the waters were brown due to run in from the river. It may typically be clear, I am unsure. Communication was fast and easy with the property manager and VacaMaui. I did have a couple of packages (masks) delivered by amazon and the owners didn't have access to the mailbox, so just a heads up don't get anything delivered. This was more so my mistake not checking with VacaMaui in advance. Luckily Stephen, the property manager was able to catch the mailmail when he was delivering the mail and grabbed my packages for me. Overall wonderful experience, especially for the rate!

Amazing stay just north of Kihei town. The condo has an elevator so no need to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs and it’s very convenient when you need to run up for forgotten sunscreen!
The weather was perfect of course, views exceptional. I like that from the room you can watch the sun rise, only thing is the blinds are sheer and the bed faces the window so you will see the sunrise whether you want to or not haha. We watched the sun set every night on the beach with live music most nights from the sugar beach resort next door! You really pay for the views and amenities/location but also the room is very modern and clean. Lots of beach gear: boogie boards, bug spray, cooler, etc. The location is relatively centrally located so if you plan to have day trips in west Maui, Hana or Haleakala this is the spot to be. 10/10 recommend and would stay again!
Food/drink recs: Paia fish market, island gourmet market, ululanis shave ice (order it with the adzuki beans and Mochi!), kraken coffee, tanpopo, Huli huli chicken on koke beach, leodas pies, fork and salad, Ono’s teppanyaki and seafood.

This was such a lovely place. The two full bathrooms was a wonderful surprise!
Very quiet neighbors. Although there is no parking security… it’s a very private property w/no shenanigans. Walk right out private gates unto sugar beach w/shower to rinse sand off you after. It has a lovely view of the ocean from living room. The host provides boogie boards, umbrellas, and beach chairs. They thought of everything! AC kept it nice and cool even in the warm afternoon.

Centrally located in Kihei makes it an ideal base for exploring the island. Unit is clean, modern and well-appointed. The host was very responsive and provided helpful travel suggestions. The code for the pool / beach access was not available until 2 days in our stay due to the property manager needing to review an intake form that was dropped off on the day of check-in. That could be avoided by having a way to provide the form electronically in advance. We eventually received the code directly from the host though but it meant no beach access/pool for 2 out of our 3 days there, which was disappointing.

Amazing Location
My wife and I really enjoyed this unit. The building is on the ocean and the view from the living room and lanai is fantastic. Unit was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and easy. Laundry service on the floor was easy to use and helpful given our extended stay. Really had no problem just relaxing either by the pool or kn the beach. Would certainly stay in this unit again.

Very clean and nice condo. Location is close to a great beach (Sugar Beach) but is about 1 - 2 miles from the main Kihei restaurants and shops.

Must say my first experience in an Airbnb was very pleasant. The host provided local information which was quite helpful for first time visitors to any area. The neighbors were great as well as the visitors. As recommended a vehicle is needed and everything that you may need to help with your daily activities and stay were available to us. I literally have no complaints and a far better experience than staying at a hotel me and my partner can’t wait to return. Dual bathrooms for a party of two and more is quite a luxury. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Perfect location right by sugar beach, unit was nicely done and spacious, overall very comfortable stay. Beach amenities available too! Unit by the main road but stays nice and quiet with windows shut. Can still hear the sound of nature very well. Definitely to consider among places in Maui.

We came here for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay here. We asked if we could check in early on the day our flight arrived and they let us! We really appreciated that. The apartment is very clean, and there is a really nice view of the mountains and ocean from the balcony! Steps from the beach and you get access to the pool and lawn with chairs and umbrellas. The apartment had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, umbrellas and boards. Convenient location for Road to Hana since it is not as far from Paia. and also very close to Wailea and the resorts. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Kihei!

Our stay was magical. The place was perfect. From big things to small touches, the condo was a big part of our wonderful journey.
Communication to get access went really well. We arrived late so it was nice to have a code to get in. The place was immaculate. They even folded the towels and toilet paper into shapes. The bedroom has a separate microwave and small fridge if you want privacy. Both bathrooms had soap and shampoo, good water pressure and plenty of towels and hot water.
The kitchen is well supplied and stocked and includes oven, fridge, sink and dishwasher. Plenty of plates, silverware, etc. some spices and oil for cooking.
We used the balcony every morning. It has a lovely view and nice breeze. TV includes streaming services and good WiFi.
Great beach stuff too. Condo comes with four beach chairs (backpack style easy to carry), four boogie boards, a couple of beach umbrellas, cooler and beach towel.
The building amenities are great too. There’s a picnic/grilling area next to the beach, pool, plenty of umbrellas, and a place to rinse the sand off. The beach itself is just magical with views of the west mountain to the right and lava rocks by the canoe club to the left. There’s a store just down the street with a farmers market, the best shaved ice on Maui and a wonderful bakery/coffee shop.
The maintenance crew does an exceptional job keeping everything up and keeping everything clean. Most people did a pretty good job following the state mask rules so we felt pretty safe as well.
I’m so glad we picked Kihei for our trip. Highly recommend!!

Perfect central home base for exploring the island. Building is quiet and well kept. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Kihei is a great little town that's real close although it has the typical tourist shops you get more of a local feel. Much better location than the canned resort ambiance.

This condo was nicely updated and located in a great spot right on a nice sandy beach which was great for swimming, body surfing and boogie boarding. The complex also has a nice grassy area off the beach with lounge chairs, tables and barbeques. There were lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie board in the condo which was really nice. My husband and son enjoyed the large TV and there is a pretty view from the dining area and patio. Check in was easy and plenty of free parking. There was some construction going on under us, but it wouldn't be a big deal if you were planning to be gone most of the day. They needed to shut off water for a bit one day, but were great at communicating that to us and being accomodating of our schedule.

What a beautiful place! This stylish and updated condo is perfect for 2 people looking for a getaway. The galley kitchen made breakfast a breeze and the double bathroom helped our pre and post-beach prep go quickly. The best part about the place is the location! The building sits right on the ocean and the beach is steps away. The Condo association has grills for a great dinner-in, and tons of lounge chairs to soak up the sun. Central on the island, you can get almost anywhere in just a few hours, or stay close to home in beautiful Kihei.
This is a great place at a great price - enjoy!

The space is two half units joined, so you have two bathrooms and the kitchen is a bit hidden.

Great spot! We stayed for 4 days and it was an amazing central location to everything we wanted to go to. Didn’t feel touristy at all but had everything you needed including a great lil market and the best shaved ice in Maui. Awesome all around!

Perfect beach vacation spot
We were just staying a few days in between other locations on Maui so we didn’t spend too much time in the room. The beach out front was simply spectacular. Great beach for my kids (7 & 9) and we spent most of the time there. The apartment was nicely newly remodeled and we loved having beach chairs and boogie boards for use. My only (small) complaint was that there was a bunch of extra pillows but only 1 spare pillowcase. The pull out couch worked perfectly for my 2 kids but would be too small for larger kids or adults. Thanks for the lovely Maui vacation!

Absolutely the best! The condo was spotless, appliances were brand new and the view was amazing. Crazy beautiful sunrises from the lanai and peaceful sunsets from the grassy knoll in front of the beach. The bed is extremely comfortable and the pullout couch is shockingly good as well. I worked remotely here from the condo for a whole month and I never wanted to leave. Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating , couldn’t have asked for anything more, I will be back as soon as I can- never got sick of that beach.

Such a wonderful home! We loved the fact that they provided beach gear it allowed us to not pack as heavy in our luggage. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Great stay! Location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Our family of four was comfortable throughout our stay. Our girls learned how to boogie board at the beach in front of the condo. We walked to shave ice multiple times. Took advantage of the condo kitchen too.

The building is a little bit old, but the apartment was newly renovated and very comfortable. Also everyone in the building was very friendly. Beach access was great. It was also a 30s drive over to Ululani's which we went to every day. Communication was very helpful and clear and there was a useful guide. Very smooth trip!

This is a super adorable place, and very clean. Hands down one of the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The boogie boards and snorkeling gear that were available for use was awesome. I would come back and stay here again, and again! 10/10 recommend this place any day.

This was a great condo in a great location. The building is right by a beautiful beach and the condo included beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and boogie boards. There is a really pretty grassy area with lounge chairs, tables and grills - and the “regulars” are so nice!
It is a very stylish space with nice details, all the necessities (pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, dishes)...and a super comfy bed!
The only con is that there can be a lot of traffic noise from the road nearby. But nothing some earplugs can’t solve, and everything else is so worth it.
This condo is a great home-base when visiting Maui.

This space is very clean and is was an enjoyable place to stay. We enjoyed the length of sugar beach for running and ocean kayaking. The sunset was great to watch from the beach in front of the condo. We will definitely come back to stay here again. The location is central to the entire island, which made it easy to travel from the condo to all of the areas of the island.

Wonderful place to stay
Beautiful property with amazing views. The place is newly remodeled, clean, and relaxing. The only draw back was that the check in tome said 4 am. We unloaded all our luggage only to find out we couldn’t check in until 4 pm. Our daughter was getting married at 5 pm so we had no place to get ready.

We had a nice stay. The place was recently remodeled as advertised. It was clean. It was well located to do activities both in Kihei and other parts of the island. The view of the ocean shown in the pictures is there but you have to be on the balcony to see it and that was a little disappointing. The building itself is not the most pleasant to look at and that was a little surprising because no one mentioned that in other reviews. But the people in the building were delightful and even invited us to partake in the Wednesday pupus at sunset.

Our stay was extremely comfortable starting with the amazing King Size bed. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. Building is right on Sugar Beach with amazing access and you could spend entire vacation in this spot. Condo is across the street from an ABC store and an amazing bakery and farmers market. Condo is on the street side of the building which made it a little noisy to leave windows open at night but fortunately the bedroom had an air conditioner. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the best vacation ever!

Josh's place was in a perfect location and he left some great local recommendations for us to eat and shop at. We enjoyed our stay!
The apartment was spacious, newly remodeled, and we felt very safe. There was plenty of kitchen ware to cook with, great beach gear for us to use, and new appliances throughout.
The only con was that the floor wasn't mopped/wiped down prior to us checking in. We noticed it was dusty/sandy and left marks on our socks walking around the common areas. Other than that, it was clean and pleasant.

Great place, great host and great style. One of the main things my wife and I look for, when traveling the world, staying in Airbnb’s, is the style. This place we called our HGTV house. Well decorated with item that reflects the owner. Everything we could think of, that we need was there. The beach, nice. The outside and people, clean and super nice. The bed, wonderful. EVERYTHING, was great. Would definitely be a spot we’d return to.

This AirBnB wasn’t what we thought it would be. The beach was nice.. and the complex had a big party the first night we were there so that was fun! But the condo really lacked a homey feel to it that the pictures made it seem like it had. It didn’t have any space to put our clothes so we ended up keeping everything on the counter. It did have a closet, but no hangers. The condo had a coffee pot but no filters for coffee. The shower would plug up when it was on and wouldn’t drain for about 30mins after we used it. The air conditioning never got cold enough to make it feel comfortable inside.
The snorkel gear was brand new and great so that was a plus! But everything else was just so-so. Definitely not an awful place to stay but it’s overpriced.

Lauren, thanks for your feedback. Sorry you weren't happy with everything. If you had notified us during your stay I would have been happy to run some hangers over and snake the shower drain. You did ask about coffee filters and I replied right away that it is a filterless coffee maker. As far as storing clothes, the unit has two closets with built in custom shelving for that purpose as well as a night stand. The air conditioning won't do a good job cooling when it is on eco mode. This is almost certainly what happened. If you had asked I would have let you know to check to make sure eco mode was turned off. I would encourage you on any future vacation rental stays to inquire about any issues during the stay. Most of us are individual owners and more than happy to do about anything possible to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Mahalo

We had wonderful time in Josh’s condo. It is located directly on the beach with a free access to the long chairs and umbrellas. The unit is well equipped including beach towels, wake boards and snorkeling kits. We had the pleasure of dining by the beach few times during our stay. Some BBQs are available for guests and everything is kept clean. Josh has been awesome. He answered our questions within 5 minutes and did everything to make us feel welcomed. We would be happy to come back with our teenagers soon.
